Nearby reminders are not appearing
Open Needit → Settings and confirm Background opportunities and Opportunity notifications are enabled. In iOS Settings, allow location access and notifications for Needit. iOS controls when background work runs, so alerts may not be immediate after force-quitting the app.
A store suggestion was incorrect
Open the Need, choose Store wasn’t right?, then select Doesn’t sell this or Don’t remind me here. This improves future matching for that Need without deleting it.
How do I remove my data?
Delete an individual item from its detail screen. To clear everything stored by the app on that device, open Settings → Delete all items and settings. This removes items, history, settings, cached places, and scheduled reminders.
Does Needit track everywhere I go?
No. Location is used to check for relevant nearby opportunities. Needit does not present or maintain a timeline of where you have been and does not sell location data.
Can I use Needit without location?
Yes. You can add, schedule, edit, complete, and review items without location permission. Nearby opportunity alerts require location access.
